The Work Experience Training Program (W.E. Training) at Tinitiate is designed to equip individuals with essential, universal skills required to secure and maintain sustainable employment in today’s competitive IT environment.

The program is conducted both onsite at our Tinitiate office and remotely, offering flexibility based on participants’ needs.

The primary objective of W.E. Training is to help individuals develop and build key professional skills, interpersonal abilities, work ethics, and confidence. Through this program, participants gain valuable knowledge, hands-on experience, and empowerment that prepare them to get and retain meaningful employment.
