At TINITIATE Technologies, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT training and services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to maintain a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.


1️⃣ Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment or service, please contact us at info@tinitiate.com as soon as possible. The following conditions apply:

📌 A non-refundable administrative fee of 15% of the total course or service fee applies in all cases.
📌 If a participant cancels before the course begins, they are eligible for a refund excluding the 15% non-refundable fee.


2️⃣ Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

✅ If a batch is canceled by TINITIATE, students will have the option for a full refund or can opt to join a new batch.
✅ If a student requests a refund before classes start, they will receive a refund minus the non-refundable 15% Course Fee.
🚫 No refunds will be issued if a student discontinues the course after the refund window closes.
📌 Refund requests must be made within 7 days or before completing 5 hours of training, whichever comes first.


3️⃣ Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:
🚫 Requests made after the specified refund period.
🚫 Downloadable digital content or course materials.
🚫 Customized corporate training sessions once scheduled.


4️⃣ Refund Processing

📩 Once we receive and review your refund request, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.
💳 If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
